Paul’s extensive working practice includes leading roles in the development, co-ordination and facilitation of interdisciplinary arts labs in Australia, South Africa, Germany and Montreal– including Splendid Arts Lab 2010 & 12, SITUATE- Art in Festivals 2013, Openlab14 and 16, South Africa, Generating the Impossible, Montreal 2011 and Thinking spaces/ Active interpretations, Tanz im August, Berlin in 2007.

Other workshops for Festivals and Artistic Organisations in Australia and internationally include Critical Path, Tanzfabrik, Berlin, INTERNATIONALE TANZWOCHEN, Münster, Germany and for the companies such as Sasha Waltz and Guests (Berlin), Les Ballets C de la B (Belgium), BUZZ Dance Theatre/2 Dance Plus (Perth), The Playhouse Dance Company & Siwela Sonke Dance Theatre, (South Africa), Angela Guerreiro prod (Hamburg), Damaged Goods (Belgium) & Fieldworks Performance Group (Perth).

Paul is also a qualified Feldenkrais practitioner.
